Update october 10, 2018

A lot happened the last few days….

As you may already know, Yves – from Breda University – is in Chilonga to study the potential for sustainable community tourism in the region. So he went to visit the Nachikufu Caves in Mpika with the cave keeper, Mr. Benedict Mukoso. Mwila our taxidriver and the neighbor went there too.

If you are ever in the neigbourhood, you should not miss these caves.
The walls contain lots of beautiful paintings, created by the San bushmen.

In Chilonga we finished the construction of the pumphouse. We will buy a 3.000L watertank, that will be put on top of this small buiding, as soon as the concrete is dry.
